Service Description

Sunday Night in the Studio is now a weekly class that will be a different style of relaxation every time. You may practice Yin Yoga, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, or any combination thereof. Regardless of the type of class taught, you will leave the studio feeling relaxed, at ease, and ready to start your week from a space of peace and calm.

Cancellation Policy
